Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga

The hotel's location in the center of Riga Old Town was perfect. We were right in the center of everything, with the opera just in front of us. the hotel's cleanliness and facilities were really good. We loved the beautiful design of the rooms, as well as the attention to detail and guest comfort. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there was even a chef available to cook something different for us.

Everything was spot on.

A cozy and perfect temperature in the well-decorated room made for an amazing romantic escapade. The bed was perfect, providing a comfortable and quiet night's sleep. We also enjoyed the superb couple massage experience at the spa, along with the thoughtful touch of small snacks and refreshers afterwards. The location of the hotel was great, offering easy access to various attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a good stay.

We stayed at a hotel in the very centre of Riga, just a short walk away from the Opera. The location was fantastic, as we were able to easily explore the picturesque Old Town and all its attractions. Our room was clean and spacious, with a wonderful view of the National Opera House and the Freedom Monument. The facilities were impressive, with free Wi-Fi and a sauna available for use. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices to suit everyone's tastes.

The reception staff were not very welcoming or friendly towards guests.

We had an amazing experience at this luxurious hotel. the exclusive amenities, including the Spa & wellness centre with indoor/outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, treatment room, facial. the room advantages, such as the in-room breakfast, special diet menus, and private facilities, were also exceptional.

The only negative aspect we found was the lack of outdoor sun loungers. We would have liked to enjoy some time outside by the pool.

As party people, we loved the vibrant atmosphere and lively nightlife at the hotel. The bar had a great selection of drinks and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The hotel provided excellent service and had a friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the city during downtime. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The Wi-Fi connection in the room was quite slow and unreliable, frustrating when trying to work.

This hotel provided a luxurious and exclusive experience with its superb spa and wellness center. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were excellent add-ons that helped me relax and unwind. the restaurant offered a wide range of delicious special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area was inviting and classy. The location advantage was perfect, just around the corner from major city attractions. Cons: the room had a minor issue with the air conditioning system, but it was quickly resolved by the efficient staff.
