The hotel's location is perfect, right at the pedestrian zone in the old town. We were within walking distance of the Christmas Market and the sea side. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with the option to open the windows for fresh air. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. the breakfast selection was good, catering to both vegetarians and meat eaters.

The buffet breakfast included in the price was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious food options and even champagne! The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was situated on a quiet street just steps away from all the main attractions in the city.
The experience at the bar was a major disappointment. The heavy smoke from the smoking area made it unpleasant to stay there, and even drifted into the nearby non-smoking restaurant.

The only minor issue encountered was slow Wi-Fi in the rooms. the rest of the hotel's offerings, including the restaurant, spa, and location more than make up for it.
