This hotel is a luxurious venue that provides exclusive amenities and fulfilled all of my needs. the room was elegantly designed and had fantastic facilities, such as a spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and sauna. the staff was very helpful and friendly, providing top-notch service. the restaurant served delicious food, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind.

The only minor issue I had was with the breakfast orange juice, which was not the best. the waiters were more than happy to provide fresh orange juice, which was delicious and brought free of charge.

Luxurious, clean, and quiet rooms with elegant decor and high ceilings. Helpful staff and a good range of food in the breakfast room. Calm and relaxing atmosphere in the breakfast area and outside. Convenient location by a beautiful park leading to the old town.

the hotel was delightful and the staff decent, marvellous location near freedom monument on edge of old riga. there were relaxing, spotless rooms with a park view, good beds and bathtub.

Easy access to Old Town and several parks. Rooms are spacious and clean with great views. Friendly and professional staff go above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs. Delicious breakfast with both international and local dishes. Spa and sauna are relaxing with excellent quality.

Best possible location near city center, outstanding food, nice pool...

Staff were charming, wi-fi was good, and I appreciated its strategic location short walk to 3 parks and Freedom monument and center. Their bagged breakfast was plentiful.

The lounge and bar area created a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast had a great variety of local and international cuisine. We appreciated the hotel's guest relations team who surprised us with a special birthday treat. we highly recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at the Grand Poet hotel for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, from a complimentary room upgrade to late check-out. The room itself was stunning, with top-notch facilities and cleanliness. The spa and sauna were relaxing, and the breakfast had a wide selection. The location was great, and the staff, especially the porter Sergey, were incredibly helpful. We highly recommend this hotel!

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the luxurious and stylish design of the hotel. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. the location of the hotel was perfect - it was conveniently situated near the historic district, great to easily explore the beautiful architecture and charming streets of the city. The staff was also friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

There was one aspect of our experience that was disappointing. The breakfast options were limited, and we would have preferred to see a wider variety of choices available.

The parking facilities are not available on site, requiring guests to use the hotel's parking service for an additional fee.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. It is located in a perfect spot, secluded but close enough to everything. The hotel facilities were great and provided a great atmosphere for relaxation. The staff was cute, helpful, and attentive to all my needs. the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of dishes to choose from.

Grand Poet By Semarah is a luxurious hotel in the center of Riga, right next to a beautiful park. The rooms are spacious and offer a panoramic view of the city. The service is exceptional, with friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast selection is delicious, with a wide variety of options. The hotel also has a spa area with saunas and a swimming pool for relaxation. everything about this hotel is perfect for a short stay in the city.

Some visitors in the spa area could be more considerate and not leave towels on places where people are supposed to relax.

As party people, we loved the stylish and brand new hotel with its beautiful rooms and spa. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel very welcome. The location was amazing, just a short walk away from the old town and art nouveau district. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant 'Snob' was so good that we didn't feel the need to eat anywhere else for dinner during our stay. We also appreciated the complete control we had over the temperature in our room, allowing us to cool it down for a good night's sleep.

Spacious and beautifully decorated rooms with wide windows offering great views. The location was perfect, close to the Old Town, Art Nouveau district, and City Center, but still quiet and away from the crowds. The complimentary water, bathrobes, and slippers provided in the room were a nice touch.

The staff training seemed to have some issues. There were a couple of instances where the concierge and breakfast service staff were impolite and unhelpful.

Large stylish rooms, convenient location, staff were nice and pro, excellent breakfast.

Our stay at Grand Poet Hotel And Spa was wonderful! The room we stayed in was spacious, stylish, and beautifully designed. We loved the separate bedroom, spacious bathroom, and heated floors throughout. The hotel's location is excellent, situated between three parks and in front of the old town. The breakfast, although we couldn't try it due to our early departure, looked delicious. The spa area was compact but cozy, with a pool that was a great addition. The price was competitive, especially on the weekend. we highly recommend this hotel for its style, location, and excellent amenities.
