This place is in a great location, right in the centre of everything, with lots of shops and places to eat and drink nearby. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had everything I needed, including air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The facilities, including the fitness centre and laundry room, were very convenient.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Perfect room with friendly and nice staff. Location was excellent, and the huge comfortable bed was a major plus.
Parking was a hassle, both underground and ground parking were fully booked. The breakfast was disappointing, with cold sausages, missing bacon, and hard ciabatta bread.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room had a beautiful design, with new and fresh floors, doors, and overall cleanliness. The large and comfy bed ensured a comfortable night's sleep. The staff were lovely and very helpful, going out of their way to fulfill our requests. The hotel's location in the heart of the old city center was perfect, as it was close to transportation and all the city's attractions.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The hotel was perfectly located right in the heart of the city, surrounded by bars and restaurants, and within walking distance of all the main attractions in the old town. The room was spacious and clean, with high-quality towels provided. The staff were friendly and responsive, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options. my stay was fantastic and exceeded my expectations.
The parking situation was a bit difficult, requiring assistance from the staff to navigate the garage.

The hotel is centrally located in the old town with easy access to public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering free printing services. The hotel provided free toiletries and the lobby was a nice place to relax. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, including made-to-order omelets and tasty waffles. The bar/restaurant staff were pleasant and the Pho soup was highly recommended. it was the best value for money.
