The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city. It was really convenient to walk to all the main attractions and amenities. The staff were friendly and cute, always ready to help with any questions we had. The rooms werenice and neat, providing a cozy atmosphere to relax after a long day of exploring.

There was a major issue with the noise levels at night. The city was lively, with lots of bars and partygoers, made for a very noisy environment.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right near the river and in the heart of the city center. The staff were amazing, offering room service and car hire to get around easily. The room had everything I needed, including free wi-fi, a comfortable sitting area, and an in-room safe. The hotel also had a great restaurant with a delicious breakfast buffet and a lounge area for relaxing. The amenities were top-notch, including a sauna and luggage storage.

Some noise disturbances were reported due to the room being located near the entrance and street, resulting in disrupted sleep.

The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city on foot. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and spoke fluent Russian, making communication easy. The room wasnice and neat, fulfilling all my basic needs. Although the breakfast arrangement was a bit disappointing with specific time slots, the breakfast itself was decent. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting.

We had a fantastic stay in this city! The hotel's location in the centre of the Old Town was perfect. We were able to easily walk to the cathedral, St Peter, and Schwarzhäupterhaus. Plus, all the other sights worth visiting were nearby, as this city is very flat. The breakfast provided was excellent, with lots of options to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
