The staff at the hotel were helpful and professional, always ready to assist with any requests. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to all the main attractions and transportation options nearby. the availability of parking right in front of the hotel was a major convenience.
The lack of certain amenities in the room, such as only having one mug, glass, and spoon, despite it being a double room. This was a minor inconvenience, but still a strange oversight.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location couldn't be better, with easy access to all touristic attractions and just next to the main railway station. The staff was extremely helpful and made all efforts necessary to make our stay comfortable. We had everything we needed for a one night stay, from room service to car hire to laundry. The room was well-equipped with amenities such as a mini-bar, sitting area and in-room safe. Additionally, the spa and wellness centre was lovely and we enjoyed a relaxing massage.
We would recommend this place to family and friends.

We had an fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the facilities provided were great. Convenient location, 5-7 min walk from old town, coach station, and shopping center. Clean, new, anti-allergic room provided. Helpful staff, iron and ironing board brought promptly. Excellent location for main attractions, market, and bus/train stations. Comfortable bed, best we've had in any hotel worldwide!

I had a fantastic stay at Mercure in Riga. The staff were great too make our anniversary special, with personalized touches like a fruit platter in our room. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Old Town and other central destinations. The jacuzzi, sauna, and steam area were a great bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Riga.
