We liked reception, it was good. Thanks to immensely pleasant staff the entire hotel was fairly clean. Fine breakfast, good services. Location was premier, just off the center of the old city and the tourist attractions and close to house the blackheads we wanted to see.

The location is perfect, right in the centre of the old town, which has a reputation for being lively. You can easily reach all attractions in the area by foot. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they even provided a packed breakfast for an early start. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with coffee making facilities and a minibar.

The bathroom could have done with extra toiletries.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect for us, right in the center of the action but surprisingly quiet. We appreciated the great service from the reception staff, they were very helpful and hospitable. Our room was spacious and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed, including a lovely sitting area and a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

Right inside the old town; nice breakfast area; some alley view of the old town from small balcony; good sized clean room; conveniently located for walking tours, bus routes, and shopping; helpful and respectful staff; excellent breakfast; close to Freedom Monument.
