This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of town, close to all the attractions. The rooms are clean and fresh, with stunning city views from the top floors. The bathroom is well-equipped and towels are provided. The service is friendly and professional, with the staff going above and beyond to rectify any issues. The breakfast is well-balanced and offers a variety of options. There is also a rooftop terrace and spa facilities available for guests to enjoy.

We experienced some communication issues when trying to arrange breakfast delivery to the room and making phone calls from the room.

Excellent fitness center, free for guests. Nice spa with outdoor pool, saunas, and massages at extra cost. Upgraded to 15th floor with great city view. Late check-out at 15:00. Central location, helpful staff. Comfortable room, good bed. Good breakfast, though inconsistent orange juice. Pleasant stay, will return.

I had a very nice experience here, everything was very good, the location was perfect just next door to the old town of Riga and the old center. Warm and cosy units with two separate beds. Terrific service, though a few employees were extremely bad.

It's contemporary place to stay 1 mile away from Old City Riga.

The venue is clean and huge, views are great, the location is unbeatable not far from the old town, the old center, all major sights. Centre district deserves your attention. The units are beautiful, soundproof.

The location of this hotel is amazing. It's situated opposite a beautiful Russian orthodox church and close to the city centre with everything very accessible. The Esplanade restaurant serves delicious breakfast with a variety of hot and cold options. The rooms are well-maintained and spacious, with a beautiful view of the city.

The lobby bar service was poor; our food took an hour and a half to arrive, and when it did finally arrive, it was cold.

We loved everything about the hotel, from the super clean cleanliness to the superb location in a thriving area with easy access to transportation. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options, and the staff were pretty good too make our stay nice, including offering useful information about the nearby Esplanade restaurant and Old Town. the hotel facilities were great, especially the comfortable beds and the convenient parking.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu in Riga for 2 weeks. The staff was excellent, providing quick check-in and check-out services. The housekeeping team was efficient and our room was always clean. As a returning guest, we were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded us to a spacious family room. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, within walking distance of the central station and old town. There are parks nearby and a taxi stand right at the doorstep. The staff even offered to store our luggage for 48 hours when we went on a day trip to Jurmala.

The staff entered my room without knocking, quite intrusive and not respectful of my privacy. the secure credit card had to be a debit card, inconvenient.
