We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, with spotless rooms and a modern bathroom. The staff was fantastic, providing excellent service and making our anniversary celebration extra special with a surprise gift. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the charming shops and tearooms in this city. The hotel facilities were great, including a comfortable and olde worlde-style room with all the modern amenities we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the food lived up to the brilliant reviews and press reports we had read beforehand.
All was good.
