The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the main architectural monuments and central neighborhoods of Riga. The rooms are sweet and well decorated, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even going the extra mile to guard our luggage after check-out. The breakfast is fabulous, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day.

The toilet seat in our room was a little broken, causing inconvenience.

The hotel team were great too make my birthday special, even leaving a complimentary bottle of prosecco in the room. The breakfast, made to order, catered to all my wishes. The beautiful interior, especially the fabulous lobby, made for fine photo sessions. The staff were helpful and friendly, going out of their way to fulfill all our requests. The cleanliness and decor of the hotel were excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. Despite being in a room without a window, the lack of natural light contributed to a restful stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its really good location, attentive staff, and comfortable accommodations.
