Nice and clean rooms, well-working air condition, reasonably close to the old center, and adequate breakfast. Vegetarians and vegans are catered for.

The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable furniture and a nice selection of amenities. The buffet breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options to start the day.

There were a few issues that detracted from the overall experience. The air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, and the TV had a small screen and limited channel selection.

The staff was brilliantly helpful, the hotel was clean and placed in an ancient part of the city close to railway station, the center. Plenty of food, which was good to satisfy everyone. Very pleasant reception.

It was a really enjoyable stay. We really enjoyed to be here, its location and staff. Lovely room, nice bed and huge bathroom. Found in a good area. We ordered lunch at Rigas Kebabs, located near the venue.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the historical areas and old town. the staff is polite and the breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options to start your day.

The room was extremely small and the bed was not a true double size, making it cramped for two people to sleep comfortably.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The hotel staff was kind and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and it was constantly refilled until closing time. The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was rather close to the railway station and pretty close to the old center. Transportation options were readily available, with trams and buses passing very near to the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel and found it to be a great option for those who want to stay close to the city centre without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It's located on the outskirts of the old town, which is about a 20 minute walk away. The staff were very helpful and we appreciated their room service, dry cleaning, laundry and shuttle services. The amenities in the room were also good, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, mini-bar. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the welcome drink.

Although the location is not in the city centre, we would recommend this hotel to family and friends because of its great services, comfortable amenities and friendly staff.

The staff at the reception were cute and friendly, making me feel at home right away. The room I stayed in had good sound insulation, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The comfortable beds and modern en suite bathroom with a big bath and shower added to the overall comfort. the hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast offered a variety of dishes, including a cooked breakfast, as well as plenty of drink options. I also appreciated the presence of a beauty treatment room in the hotel for some extra pampering.
