I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - it was right in the heart of everything, with shops, restaurants, and the old town all within walking distance. I even found some amazing local restaurants nearby that served delicious food. The service at this hotel was excellent, with the staff always going above and beyond to fulfill any requests I had. The room itself was so comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the amenities I needed. I particularly appreciated the in-room air conditioning, which kept me cool during the hot summer weather. The hotel also provided a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch.
If I had to mention one small drawback, it would be that my room faced a busy road, so there was some noise from traffic in the morning. However, this didn't greatly impact my overall experience.

The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of options to start the day off right.
The service of one of the hall porters on arrival was over-attentive, which may have made some guests feel pressured for a tip.

I loved the location of this hotel. It was right at the beginning of the Old Town, within walking distance of everything in the town center. It was also conveniently close to the department stores.

Good location, clean rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast buffet offers many options. Courtyard side room change accommodated. Spacious, well-equipped rooms with comfortable beds. Great for exploring old town. Near market. Recharge then sightsee. Speedy check-in, luggage assistance. Mini-bar stocked. Prompt response to requests. Internet speed. Easy wheelchair access. Modern/classic restaurant with reasonable bar menu. Delicious duck salad. Thank you to staff!
